PATIENTS > PATIENT LOOKUP > WORKFOLOWS > DOD FRAGMENT DATA > ADD/EDIT FRAGMENT

After adding the Lab Data, click Add Fragment Data. Enter all appropriate information.

	Click [Save] to save the updated fragment information and return to the DoD Fragment Data screen.
	Click [Back] to discard the changes and return to the DoD Fragment Data screen.
